1. Applicable law

  • This electronic contract is commercial and governed by Spanish law

  • Applicable laws: LSSICE 34/2002, Civil and Commercial Code, Law 7/1996, Law 7/1995, and General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

  • Users must accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) before confirming the order; accessible at https://es.acdracing.com

  • Contract language: Spanish. Purchases are subject to Spanish law

  • Competent courts:

    • Consumers: place of fulfillment of obligation or seller’s domicile

    • Companies/professionals: expressly, Courts of Girona (Spain)

2. Order process

  • Orders only via website https://es.acdracing.com; no phone orders

  • Clicking “Buy” registers the order; contract valid upon receipt of payment

  • Acceptance of GTC and Privacy Policy required

3. Payment and security

  • Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, ShopPay, GPay

  • Verified by VISA / Secure Electronic Commerce: ensures buyer is legitimate cardholder

  • We do not store credit card or PayPal/ShopPay/GPay data

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs: auto-calculated at checkout; unlisted countries: sales@acdracing.com

  • Costs may vary by country, volume, weight; notified by email

  • Dispatch: within 1 business day (Mon-Fri); same-day shipping if order before 10:00 CET

  • Estimated delivery:

    • 24-48 h — Spain (Peninsula), Portugal

    • 48-72 h — Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Vatican, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, San Marino, Sweden, UK

    • 3-5 days — Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Rep., Estonia, Greece, Finland, Hungary, Latvia, Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland

    • 5-15 days — Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla

    • 4-10 days — all other countries

  • Taxes & duties: customer’s responsibility; carriers may charge on delivery; non-EU countries may incur additional taxes

5. Returns & refunds

  • Deadline: 14 calendar days from receipt

    • Use original packaging

    • Items unused & protected

    • No refund for used/damaged items

6. Warranty

  • Warranty: 2 years for manufacturing defects

  • Only defective/damaged items replaced

  • Procedure: contact sales@acdracing.com, arrange pickup, send to manufacturer, analysis

  • Refund/replacement within 15 days after approval

7. Registration & personal data

  • Required: name, address, email

  • Protect your password; account can be closed by either party

  • Closing account deletes all data

8. Intellectual property

  • Texts, images, graphics, videos, trademarks, databases belong to ACD PARTS ENGINEERING or third parties

  • Copying, modifying, sharing without permission prohibited
