Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason.
The period begins from the date the product is received. To exercise this right, please contact us by email:

Include your order number, full name, and the product to be returned.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused and in perfect condition.

• Keep the original packaging.

• Include all original accessories and documentation.

• Be accompanied by an invoice or proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you if the refund has been approved.

If approved:

• The refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

• The amount will be refunded via bank transfer to the account provided by email.

Defective or Damaged Products

If the product is defective or damaged on arrival, contact us immediately at sales@acdracing.com.

You may choose:

• Replacement at no cost, or

• Full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective product or our error, we will cover the shipping costs.
